You Might Fail.... Do It Anyway!

Today, my very first jennyjypsy merchandise customer received her order.... and she loved it! I cried.  So many people told me that blogs arent really a thing anymore. People told me that it's a bad idea to make my life and lifestyle public. A lot of people were condescending... People will kill your dreams before they ever manifest into a beautiful reality if you let them. Stepping out with a new idea, business, project, or dream is scary and overwhelming. It's going to take courage and persistence and you probably fail a time or two.... or twelve. Its WORTH IT. Whether you inspire one soul or one million souls, it's worth it!!! Dozens of strangers reach out every month... they trust me with their beautiful secrets. They tell me about the love of their life that they haven't told anyone else about yet.... because they're not ready to come out or they're afraid of what might happen if they do. That is completely understandable. They tell me about their unconventional family. They share their joy and their love with me. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be their safe space. Living and loving publicly in an unconventional way or in an unconventional relationship is a deliberate act of courage. That does not go unnoticed. I want to inspire people to be brave. I want to give them hope that life can still be beautiful when you live your own way. Life can still be full and complete when you live small and only have what you need.... no excess. Travel can be affordable for everyone, if you plan well and do a little research... skip the fancy hotels and camp in a beautiful forest instead. I want my boys to look back and say..... I was brave because my mom was brave! Do the thing you've always wanted to do. Do it now. Get healthy, write the book, take the trip, ditch the toxic friend.... inspire people!

About Me

Hi guys! I'm Jenn, welcome to my page and my adventures! I have spent the majority of my adult life chasing the American dream, and I'm over it. I'm trading my comfortable suburban life and 2200 sq ft home, for a 400 sq ft RV and a life full of adventure. My family and I have decided to choose experiences over things. We are ridding our lives of excess, learning to live small, travel, and make the most of every single day. This has always been our dream, but we kept waiting. We were waiting for the kids to grow up, for our mortgage to be paid off, for early retirement..... we have been waiting rather than living. My husband is now dealing with unexpected and seemingly unmanageable health issues. We have realized that time and health are both very precious. We don't want to waste any of the time or good health that we have right now just waiting. I plan to share my journey with all of you, in hopes of encouraging and inspiring you to chase your dreams too!
