Hi guys! I'm Jenn, welcome to my page and my adventures! I have spent the majority of my adult life chasing the American dream, and I'm over it. I'm trading my comfortable suburban life and 2200 sq ft home, for a 400 sq ft RV and a life full of adventure. My family and I have decided to choose experiences over things. We are ridding our lives of excess, learning to live small, travel, and make the most of every single day. This has always been our dream, but we kept waiting. We were waiting for the kids to grow up, for our mortgage to be paid off, for early retirement..... we have been waiting rather than living. My husband is now dealing with unexpected and seemingly unmanageable health issues. We have realized that time and health are both very precious. We don't want to waste any of the time or good health that we have right now just waiting. I plan to share my journey with all of you, in hopes of encouraging and inspiring you to chase your dreams too!

Overwhelming Love and Support!

October 16, 2018

My heart is so full today! My messages, texts, and voicemail have overflowed with love and support over the last 24 hours. Everyone from family, friends, and local business owners have reached out in support. I am so thankful for your love.

FB business reached out and gave me a credit to sponsor yesterdays blog post in the US, Canada, and the UK. One of my pals,  who happens to be a professional writer reached out and offered to spotlight my blog on the website she writes for this weekend. And another writer reached out through social media to help me with publishing information and opportunities. I cried! I have been hiding my life for 2 years and worrying so much about what people would think. I wasn't giving people the opportunity to show me just how loving and kind they are. All of the things I stressed and worried over did not happen.

I know this is not the case for every person who comes out, or every non traditional family who lives their truth outloud..... but I hope this is an indicator that society as a whole is slowly becoming more accepting. I hope this gives other people hope and courage. I hope you are inspired to love someone just the way they are today. That kind of love will change the world!
